Date/Time Column defaults to 00:00:00

Hello everyone

I was hoping someone could help me.

I've just changed a date column to a date/time column and on every record , the time is set on 00:00:00

Is this something on my end, or and issue with the data?

Thank you

@Pricey79 , seems like that, based on the description.

Check power Query for any transformation, in case there was a time and you do not see that.

@Pricey79 ,That is fine time should 00:00:00 in 24 hours format or 12:00:00 AM. This means date to have timestamp from source data.

@amitchandak

Thank you for your reply. So does that mean there is no time in my data source?

@amitchandak Thank you 🙂
