Date Slicer with single date picker with Calendar

Hi all,

Need some help here. 🙂

For date slicer, with a date range selection (i.e. the "between" option), there will be a calendar pop-up that allows users to pick a date from the calendar (see below)

However, for a single date selection, the date will appear as drop-down list like below.

Is there any way we can have the calendar for single date selection? (understand there is a work-around with [After] date selection and use rectangle box to cover the second date box, that was creative but wondering if there is other ways to do?)

Hi SLpang, did you ever find the solution to Date slicer question? I am stuck with same now wherein I want to show the calendar visual with the option to select just a single date (not the period between two dates). Please let me know if you found a workaround. Many thanks.

Thank you @amitchandak . The Timeline Slicer is a cool visual, but it doesn't have a simple calendar layout for "Day" selection which I am hoping for. Thank you for the suggestion though. 🙂

@SLpang , I doubt that option with Standard slicer. You can check timeline slicer
