Hello all
I have a maintable (Table1) and a orders Table (Orders).
Orders got a column OrderDate. I added a slicer for these dates (between mode)
Table1 and Orders are in a relationship. Cross-filtered in both directions.
Table1 has a column Year.
My problem is, that the between slicer shows the first date found in the data, altough i filtered only for 2019 in Table1.
Is there something im missing or is this kinda slicer not supporting a dynamic change in first/last date?
Is it in the proper date format, please change it to year.
Sounds very strange if the setup is as you say. Did you Edit Iteractions so that the slicers do not interact? How are the tables related?
Hello @Greg_Deckler
I made an example file, see attached.
I selected Year 2019 so i want the slider min date show 01.01.2016
The current min date 01.01.2014 is for another (not selected) year
@Anonymous ,
Try to change the Visual interactions to cross-filter.
