Date Range Formula

I have this formula:

1.PNG

What this does is counts the number of companies that have a start date between today and 1 year ago. It works as intended, however, how can I modify this to ensure it is accounting for companies that have a start and end date within the last year? So if someone has a start date of 7/1/2017 and an end date of 4/3/2018, I would like to also include them in this count despite their end date not being greater than today.

@mrainey,

It seems that you may add ALL Function.

Re: Date Range Formula

Now that I think about it, if the formula is only looking at the start date and not including any end dates, it should be just counting everyone whether their end date is before or after the max date...
