What this does is counts the number of companies that have a start date between today and 1 year ago. It works as intended, however, how can I modify this to ensure it is accounting for companies that have a start and end date within the last year? So if someone has a start date of 7/1/2017 and an end date of 4/3/2018, I would like to also include them in this count despite their end date not being greater than today.
