Date Format Bug

I have a set of dates in the format DD/MM/YYYY.

In my query they appear correct:

However once I save and apply my Query they do not:

Hey @Anonymous

I see same date formats in both screen shots. And it is dd/mm/yyyy

Missing something?

Cheers!

Well you are correct, but see how once the query is applied the dates get switched 6/XX/XXXX when in the query it didn't look like that at all.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Have you solved your problem?

If you have solved, please always accept the replies making sense as solution to your question so that people who may have the same question can get the solution directly.

If you still have issue, I want to know more details below.

1. What data type for your date column? Date or Text?

2. What system date format do you use?

3. What about changing the locale like below.

If you still need help, please share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the scenario, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Best Regards,

Cherry

Hi @Anonymous

Try to add more collumns as reference.

It just might be that the sorting order is different.

Thanks!
