As I know, we could create the relative date slicer like below.
In addition, if you have a calendar table, you could create the measure like below.
Measure = DATEADD('Table'[Date],-14,DAY) Measure2 = DATEADD('Table'[Date],14,DAY)

Thank you for your reply. But I have few doubts , regarding the date slicer using relative date filter. I am able to create that for two different date range, but once I do that I am not able to view any of my data in the visualization.
Second doubt,how did you create the table using the measure? I created a table with calendar date in one column and added your measure formula, but it ended up ina error message. I have attached the screenshot of it.
