Date Field group-capable in Excel but no in Power BI?

Lo all,

I have a column for "Customer Open Date" that has both date values and two text options:

• No Cust Info
• Inactive

In Excel the filter is group capable

However in PBI it is not acting as the same

How can I correct for this?

Hi, is not possible this grouping action.

If you need filter by years, maybe if your create a calculated column with the year of each row you can use this like a  filter.
