Date Displays as '14' on charts instead of Feb 14, 2022

Hello to all!

 

So as you can see by the pics below the dates on my Y axis are just displayed as numbers. I've gone and did the proper date formatting as you can see below. I stumped as to how to get the dates to display properly. Can anyone help?
