DataFormatError

Lately when I refresh my data on my desktop I get this error:

OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataFormat.Error] We couldn't convert to Number..

How do I find out what they can't convert to a number?

I was able to find it by doing some digging in the database I pulled from.  Someone did an O instead of a 0
