Data visualisations not as min, max, count, cumulative etc

Every time I want to create a visual of my data, I have to choose an option like the ones mentioned above. My data is already cumulated from the table in Excel I created. Is there a way I can just display the values within my table rather than have to cumulate then or show max min?
