Data visualisation like "Visio" for gantt activities linked

I would like to know if it exists and how I can get a visualisation of activities which are linked together under conditions.

As an example

I have 4 activities A, B, C and D, and meta data all stored in Excel spreadsheet

They all have start date and duration, some costs, categories etc...

But they would done under conditions

A is compulsory, but depending on some conditions, B or C would occur.

Then if B happens, D would be done, if C, no

In another way, this a sort of visio/process representation, based on some Excel data only, without any Visio file.

I looked at the add-in for PowerBI, but nothing seems to fit my requirements

I hope the explanation is clear enough (if not please ask me :-)), and I really thank in advance any answer on my question

As far as I know, there is no elegant way. You may try Shapes, text boxes, and images.
