Data type issue in power Bi

Hello, I am having issue on below point -

I am using SQL view for my powerBi dashboard.

SQL View to Power BI Data type issue

1. NULL at SQL View is getting marked as blank, empty, etc. in power Bi

2. Binary data type ( 0 and 1) is getting converted either (True , False) / (1, -1) in power Bi

Everytime I refresh the view in the powerBi, same issue is showing...

Is there any suggestion for the same? Can anyone can help me with this?

This is something very important that needs to be fixed!

Hi  @Anonymous  ,

You can select Options in Options and settings, select Data Load-Type Detection in Global - Never detect column type and headers for unstructured sources.

This can limit the data to change the data Type when imported into the power query.

@Anonymous , null will be converted to blank and binary to true/false in DAX. In power query, you will see null

I am not sure of the issue with that, what you want and how you want to use that.

@amitchandakyes.. When we change the data type from true & false to whole number in power query, it comes as -1 for true and 0 for false. I want to only use 1 for true and 0 for false as fixed value since view getting refreshed continously.
