Hello,

We are looking for a solution for data capture and storage to be connected with Power BI. We are currently using Excel spreadsheets and need to go with something stronger that can hold larger amount of data. Do you have any recommendations?

Power BI supports many data source. 

For your requirement, you could try with database to store your data and conncet with Power BI.

Many thanks for your prompt response. This is the idea of having a database behind the scenes connected with Power BI. I would like to ask you if you could suggest me which option of database you believe is the easiest to apply and what are the procedures of data recording to the database by the users?
