Data source is offline - suspected is Exchange (Mail) issue - But Refresh Status Complete

I have configured the data gateway. I have 3 data source: Power BI Dataflow, SQL (for SAP Simplement) and Exchange (Mailbox). 

So for SQL, I connect it to the gateway and it is offline. For both Dataflow and Exchange, I put in my credential, no error pop out. 

However, when i refresh my data, it didn't shows any error but based on refresh history, it is completed in split secs and I checked my data is not refresh. Even scheduled refresh doesn't work too. 

I suspect is the Exchange issue but also cannot confirm. 

Anyone can help me with this?

So in the dataset, there're three different kind of data sources, right? If there're, you need to install and configure data gateway on your server? You can refer to this similar case below:
