Data shows fine in preview and query, but when I try to load it, I get "Invalid ColumnID" (AS400)

Per the topic, I have full access to data in the system (it is an AS400 and being accessed through OLEDB) and can open it in the query editor, and even see preview data, but when I try to pull it into Power BI Desktop to work with it and create visualizations, I get the unhelpful error "Invalid ColumnID." I can't seem to find anything that would cause this, or anything in the forums. Any help would be appreciated - I can post a picture of the error message but that is all I am getting.

After I click OK, I get a follow-up message "Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'OLE DB or ODBC error: Invalid columnID.'."
