Data refresh by country wise

We are getting issue with data refresh as data volume is too high. And also it causing DB crash everytime. Can we import data by countrywise in power BI?
For EX:If I have countries like India,US,UK,Indonesia then first we will import data for india and subsequently for rest of countries but it should append the data in dataset for each country.

Please help me with your inputs.

For your case, It could not be achieved in power bi for now, I would suggest you these way:

1. use directquery instead of import.

2. you could use power bi Premium for the better refresh.

3. and also use Incremental refresh.

To my knowledge, It could not be achieved in power bi for now.
