Data model problem with new update

I have updated my PBI desktop. After that, I am not seeing my data model in my existing file. the below screenshot is for reference! Even, If I press on "upgrade now", it takes me to the Auto Layout option which I don't want.

How can I get back my previous layout? Seems big trouble with the new update!

Hi @DataZoe , thanks for your reply! If you follow my previous comments, my table and visualizations are well in place but I am not seeing my model! As the screen suggests me, if I press auto layout, I think my previous layout will get distort and unexpected relationships will be created. I just want to get back my previous model! 😞

Hi @edhans, Thanks for your prompt reply. I am also surprised to see the screen. However, my model is a very big one consisting of more than 50 tables! Although I can see the model, my tables and visualizations are in the previous condition. I can still the from "manage relationships" but my confusion is "where the model gets lost" 😞
If we can't solve here, I will follow your suggestion to raise it to "issues forum".

@sheikh_mishuk Hate to ask, but did you try doing what it says and creating a new layout page (is that Layout 1?)? Did it give you the same screen?

Respectfully,

That is not the normal screen. Yours says "the all table view has been disabled." I've never seen that before.
A blank model with no tables shows this:

  1. Try dragging your tables into the window. It may have the relationships, it just lost the layout. You can also see if your relationships are there by clicking the Manage Relationships button in the Modeling ribbon.
  2. If that fails, you should post info in the Issues forum and keep a copy of this PBIX. Someone from Microsoft will see it and may request a sample file to see if there is a bug.
