Hi All,
Please help me with the below issue which I am facing from last week
Data is coming from AzureHdInsight and the connectivity mode is Import .
I have imported one table from hive into Power BI. didnt peformed any transfermations and didnt calculated any column and measures. just imported the table. When I compare the Power bi data with the actual data of Hive it is not matching.
Below query ran in the database
select * from CR_Table
where date key = 20200731 and
Value_type = "C"
O/P
Date Key | Code | Value Type |
20200731 | " " | C |
20200731 | CR_code_7 | C |
For the same selection in Power BI I am getting the below result, Which is wrong.
Date Key | Code | Value Type |
20200731 | " " | C |
20200731 | CR_code_1-6 | C |
20200731 | CR_code_7 | C |
Cleared chahce and Tried many ways still getting the same result in Power BI . Please help me to resolve this issue.
@YasmeenShaik , what is the value of date key for
CR_code_1-6 | C |
At the source. Need to check what came wrong to power BI. Or C have space there and got removed in power BI
Hi, Thank you for your response.
Value of date key for CR_code_1-6 is 20200731.
Problem is not with spaces. value_type "C" doesn't contained any space.
Any Ideas Please ....
