Hello
I would like to calculate data fill rates for each columns based on total number of cases in a horizaontal bar chart.
Y - axis should be DOB, Gender, Patient City , Patient State etc and X- axis is percentage of value present for each column
% DOB fill rate = 4/6*100= 66.66%
%Gender fill Rate = 5/6 * 100= 83.33%
% Patient City fill rate =5/6 * 100= 83.33%
% Patient State fill rate = 5/6 * 100= 83.33%
% Family History fill rate = 3/6 * 100= 50%
% Ethnicity fill rate = 6/6 * 100= 100%
Case ID | DOB | Gender | Patient City | Patient State | Family history | Ethnicity |
1 | 11/18/1975 | M | columbus | OH | American
2 | 11/18/1974 | F | San Jose | CA | No | African American |
3 | M | Edison | NJ | |||
4 | cincinnati | OH | No | Asian
5 | 11/18/1971 | F | Philadelphia | PA | Caucasian
6 | 11/18/1970 | M | Yes | Hispanic |
When I'm trying to use patient gender as axis and value as case ID (Show value as % grand total) it is splitting it as MAle , Female and blank like legand
Thanks
