Data fill rates for each column

Hello

I would like to calculate data fill rates for each columns based on total number of cases in a horizaontal bar chart.

Y - axis should be DOB, Gender, Patient City , Patient State etc and X- axis is percentage of value present for each column

 % DOB fill rate =  4/6*100= 66.66%

 %Gender fill Rate = 5/6 * 100= 83.33%

% Patient City fill rate =5/6 * 100= 83.33%

% Patient State fill rate = 5/6 * 100= 83.33%

% Family History fill rate = 3/6 * 100= 50%

% Ethnicity fill rate = 6/6 * 100= 100%

Case IDDOBGenderPatient CityPatient StateFamily historyEthnicity
111/18/1975Mcolumbus OH American
211/18/1974FSan JoseCANoAfrican American
3 MEdisonNJ
4  cincinnatiOHNoAsian
511/18/1971FPhiladelphiaPA Caucasian
611/18/1970M  YesHispanic

When I'm trying to use patient gender as axis and value as case ID (Show value as % grand total) it is splitting it as MAle , Female and blank like legand

Thanks
