I received a request from a client to recreate the screenshot below in Power Bi report. I dont think the multi row card and KPI can handle these. Any suggestions on how to do this?

@Anonymous You could do that with a number of Card visualizations and perhaps an SVG or UNICHAR measure.

I checked the power bi app source but not found custom visuals that have a similar effect. I think it should combine with multiple cared visuals with different measures.
For display arrow on the card, you can directly add Unicode character in it or setting up a measure to check current value and return arrows. How to Create Up and Down Arrows in Power BI Reports
notice: these colors should configure on the data label with conditional color formatting.

you could recreate it, maybe not exactly the same but similar, you would just have to be clever about it using the card display (x3) although the kpi card might be best for the 3rd card. For the heading and line, used text and shapes
