Hello,
Since last week I am facing a very strange issue.
I have Incremental Refresh configured for most of the tables in my dataset and Scheduled Refresh has also been configured.
Now, whenever schedule refresh is completed the data vanishes completely. It is not necessary it vanishes everytime the schedule refresh is completed. Sometimes, we can see the data and sometimes we cannot.
However, when I try to refresh the same dataset in my Power BI Desktop, it fetches data everytime. There is no error or any warning.
I find it really strange because the data doesn't disappear everytime the refresh is completed.
Has anyone faced the issue or have known of it?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hello @v-stephen-msft ,
Nope, it is still not resolved. We are fetching data from SQL and have configured Incremental Refresh as below:
Unfortunately, I won't be able to share the pbix file.
But if you have any insights, please share.
Thanks.
Hi @rajulshah ,
The characteristic of incremental refresh is this, you can refer to: Refresh ranges of incremental refresh
If the data you want does not want to be deleted, please reset the period of your data storage.

Hi @rajulshah
Refresh on Desktop is different from on PBI service. On desktop it will always refresh on the star and end date yoy have set. On service it will set these dated dynamically from the second refresh.

Hello @pranit828,
Thank you for the response.
Yes, I have checked all of that. The thing is that the raw data from some tables is disappearing, even when the table doesn't have Incremental Refresh configured.
