I can't reproduce your issue. Please share us more details:

• What's the data source?
• What's the connection type?
• Where is the measure created?
• Is this the case for all measures in your report?

Of course, it would be better if you could provide a dummy .pbix for test. Please remove sensitive information. It is suggested to upload your file to OneDrive for Business and then paste the link here.

Where is your measure been created?
