Hi,
I have a table with 6 columns, in 3 of them I am able to select data bars in conditional formatting. However in 3 of them the option is not there.
Does anybody know why this may be?

Thanks for getting back on this.
I checked the query editor and they were all values. When I went into the value dropdown now I saw that the 3 values had 'don't summize' selected rather than sum for some reason. That has now solved it, thanks very much for pointing me in the right direction!

You can only select the bars in the cases where you have numbers (sum, averages, and so on) if you are trying to make it on other type of data that will not be possible.
If the column as numbers check if the columns is formatted as number or as text.
