Data Visualization Problem

I have a report that is running that uses the basic count functionality in a card as well as within the values of a matrix.  In some cases, users are reporting that they are seeing a count of 2 records when there should only be 1.  When I look into my source data, both excel and in the table view in Desktop, I only have one record.  Yet, in my visuals, it is counting 2.

I have checked that there are no filters or additional slicers doing anything strange.  When I rebuild a raw matrix on another page, I get the same problem.  It shows a count of 2 records even though there is only 1.  I have also tried Distinct Count but that doesn't change anything.

Any thoughts?  Any bugs that anyone is aware of?

Hi Yalan,

I figured out the problem.  Because I was including some text values in the matrix, the default of "First" or "Last" was only showing one of the 2 records in the visualization.  Restructuring the visual solved the problem.

Hi, @AlRam ;

 please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community. Thank you.
