Dashboards in PDF

When saving a dashboard in PDF format (printing to PDF) the dashboard always appears in duplicate.

Also, the dashboard is always squeezed into one page as it tries to fit into one page. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Joao,

Does the dashboard duplicate in two pages when printing it to PDF? If that is the case, I can reproduce this issues in Chrome but not in Edge. Please use different browsers to print dashboards and check if the issue still persists.

Moreover, it is a known issue that all tiles in a dashboard are put into a single sheet, and currently there is no option available for us to print the tiles into different sheets. As a temporary workaround for this issue, you would need to pin visuals into different individual dashboards and print these dashboards.

Regarding to the above print issues, please vote them and add comments in the following ideas.

Hi Lydia, thanks for this.

Yes the dashboard was being duplicated in two pages using Chrome, I changed to IE but could't see the Print to PDF function.

Reverted back to Chrome and the dashboard no longer appears in duplicate - problem solved!

In regards to all tiles being squeezed into the same page, do you know when this would be resolved as I have quite a lot of information to go into the dashboard and that would mean a lot of pdf files.

Many Thanks,

João
