Dashboard publish in to 2 account

Hi,
I have question on publishing dashboard.
I have 2 power bi pro lisence emails , is their any possible way to publish same report to both emails ?
If yes can we setup schedule refresh from both accounts (both accounts has same gateway) ?
Is that affect publishing time of report ?

@Dilantha , You can publish from one and share two the other.

You can publish from both accounts too

Yep, publish from one id from desktop and share it to another on PBI service.
If yes can we setup schedule refresh from both accounts (both accounts has same gateway) ?

Refresh can be scheduled fron one ID, hoever after it is shared as admin to the other ID, it can take over the report to change the refresh timing and other settings. and vice-versa.

Is that affect publishing time of report ?

Once publish to both accounts  sometimes it getting more time to publish (about 10 min). 
I tried rename and publish again. Same issue happening again. 
Is that affesct to schedule refresh ?
