Dashboard displays different results to people for the same report

Hi, I've come across a strange error. I prepare a weekly dashboard using PowerBI with multiple charts etc. and post it to Sharepoint for a wider audience. This had been working fine for a few weeks.

Today I've been told that while the report is working fine for a few people, others only see blank text boxes for the very same report.

I tried to open the same report which I had saved on my desktop, and even I see blanks. How is this possible????

If the visuals in your local PBIX file are blank, you may need to check the connection to your data source. If the connection is OK, you can try to create a same visual with same fields in it to see if it can display well in PBIX file. Maybe some data changed in data source caused the blanks.
