Hi - I an working with process data - that is an instance of the process has a start and a stop timestamp that can span several days. I need to calculate the daily utilization of a ressource being used (the real use case is bed utilization in a hospital) - any ideas?

Hi @MagicMads
By definition, the utilization % is the percent of time a resource worked compared to the total available hours the resource could work.
Calculating Utilization % = Actual Number of Hours Worked (by the resource) divided by the Total Available Hours.
So please let me know how you define the Actual Number of Hours Worked (by the resource) and the Total Available Hours in your scenario. Also, an example dataset is much better for analysis.
Best Regards
Maggie
