DISTINCTCOUNT WIHT SUM

Hello,
When i make a DistintCount without a filter i've got a cumulative in a table, but i need a filter and then the total disappears.
Each row is calculated fine

CALCULATE(
        DISTINCTCOUNT(Berichten[ClusterID]);
        FILTER(Berichten;telling = norm )       
  )
