I WANT TO FILL ALL ROWS OF COLUMN (Top1Sales), WITH THE MAX VALUE OF COLUMN(Sales), IN THIS CASE 14230.

Measures created:

Sales= SUM(table[sales])

Ranking= RANKX(ALL(Dcalendario[Month]);[sales];;DESC)

Top1Sales =
Var
Ranking=VALUES(Dcalendario[Month])
return
CALCULATE([sales];TOPN(1;ALL(Dcalendario[Month]);[sales]);Ranking)

Based on your description, you want to get the max sales, right?
If this is a case, you can try to use below measure:

Top1 Sales = MAXX(SUMMARIZE(ALLSELECTED('Table'),[Month],"Total",SUM('Table'[Sales])),[Total])

 

BTW, I'm not recommend you to direct combine use measures who contains the specific filters.

If this is a case, you can try to use below measure:

Top1 Sales = MAXX(SUMMARIZE(ALLSELECTED('Table'),[Month],"Total",SUM('Table'[Sales])),[Total])

 

BTW, I'm not recommend you to direct combine use measures who contains the specific filters.
