Date is added as Slicer. Amount is displayed Monthwise. When date is Filtered between 12-1-2018 to 3-1-2019,
I want the Visual to Show Month in the order of December, Jan and Feb.

Thanks in Advance,
Ambhika

Hi @Sowmiya

Add date hierarchy in the "Date" field of the line chart,

remove "quarter" and "day", keep the "year" and "month".

Then "expand all down one level"

Hi Sowmiya,

Basically, you need to sort out the month column in your date dimension.

For this, you need to have one more calculated column in your date dimension and it should be formatted to MMYYYY

And the same column has to be used in the month column and saying that sort by MMYYYY

Once these two steps has been completed, you can see the charts that you will have months in order.

Regards,

Pradeep

Have you tried to bring in both month and year? E.g. bring jan-17 instead of just Jan.
