DAX to sum every histotical amount except for current year

Hello everyone

What DAX expresssion can I use to get the cummulative total of an amount but not to include the current year.   

For example from the above data I would like to see in 2017 the cummulative total amount up to 12/31/2016 (thats 45), for 2018 the cummulative total amount up to 12/31/2017 (thats 145), and for 2019 the  cummulative total amount up to 12/31/2018 (thats 285).
