Try the following, where Table1 is the name of your table:
NewColumn = MIN ( Table1[A], MIN ( Table1[B], MIN ( Table1[C], Table1[D] ) ) )

In the Query Editor, right click on the first column and select "Unpivot other columns". Ensure that the data type of the Value column is Date. Drag Contact ID to the Table visual and add this measure
=MIN(Data[Value])
Format the measure as a Date.
