DAX to SQL

Hello Experts,

I have created a DAX code as below:

Cumulated Sales =
CALCULATE(
    [Total Sales] ,
    ALL( Customers ),
    Customers[Customer Sales] >= EARLIER( Customers[Customer Sales] ))

I am tryying to create equivalent SQL code for same. But not able to achieve the output.
Can anyone suggest an approach for the same.

Thanks in Advance!1

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can try the following sql:

select t.*,(select sum(ss) from (select customer,sum(sales) ss from customer group by customer ) t2 where t2.ss>=t.ss ) as Cumulated_Sales
 from (select customer,sum(sales) ss from customer group by customer) t order by ss desc

The column “customer” is a column which needs to “group by”. You need to match the columns in your own table.2-1.PNG
