I am trying to plot sign-in times in a PowerBI chart. I want the X-Axis to be the time (by half hour) of sign-ins and the Y-axis to be the aggregate count of sign-ins for the day. I need to create a column to aggregate the sign-ins based on time.
I’m trying to write a DAX that counts the number of sign-ins before the current sign-in, if it is on the same day. In the screen shot below, the 5:52:01 would have a column (Labor Count) with the number 1, the 5:56:12 would have 2 and so on until the next day.
Hi,. @kamstutz ;
can you share a simple data removing sensitive information, along with the results you want to output?

Yes, this is roughly what I am trying to accomplish. I have 'Date' & 'Time In' columns already, I need a calculation for column 'Onsite', which is the total amount of people on site that increases throughout the day as more people sign-in to our system.
@kamstutz , Create a new column with time and try to use that on x -axis
Time = timevalue([timestamp])
