Hi,
For some odd reason, the formula editor in my Power BI desktop no longer uses the localized DAX separators, but have shifted to using comma as list separator and dots as decimal separator. I have specifically set it up to use localized settings, but it seems to be overwritten somewhere.
Are any of you experiencing similar issues and have you found a solution?
And here is how my Windows locale settings are set up:
I hope someone can help me 🙂
Thanks!
Best regards,
Jonas
@JEJLERSEN , Can you also check global regional setting
as show - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/set-dot-as-decimal-separator/m-p/609657
Also, these settings may apply in a new file created after the setting changes. So check that too.
If it was working previously and not working in late 2-3 days. Check any known issue on the Oct-2021 release https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
Hi Amit!
Thanks a lot. It was working beautifully until a few days ago, so I guess it is due to the new release. I hope they will get this bug fixed as it really destroys a lot of my formulas 🙂
Hi, @JEJLERSEN
