Hi,
I need some help referencing a date in another table.
I currently have 2 tables (there are more, but not related to my query):
ForecastPushTable:
Case number column
Value column
Forecast column
MetricsDateTable:
Metrics date Column
The ForecastPushTable has many rows, but the MetricsDateTable only has one cell, which is basically the date the report was pulled.
I wish to create another calculated column in the ForecastPushTable and if the 'Forecast Column' date is greater than 'Metrics date column' date to return the "Value", otherwise return 'zero'.
The issue I am having, is that I am unable to create a calculated column in the ForecastPushTable and reference the metrics date Column.
Any ideas how to overcome this?
Solved! Go to Solution.
You should be able to use LOOKUPVALUE or MAX/MIN, like this:
Column = MAX('MetricsDateTable'[Metrics date Column])
You should be able to use LOOKUPVALUE or MAX/MIN, like this:
Column = MAX('MetricsDateTable'[Metrics date Column])
Fantastic, the 'MAX' expression sorted me out. Thank you
Awesome!
