DAX measure not showing the total when one of the value is blank

I am struggling here. Can anyone help?

Jan 2020 measure = IF(MONTH(MAX(Operation[Budget 2020 Start Date]))=1,SUMX(Operation,Operation[Daily Budget measure]),BLANK())

Any idea?

@Kolumam , beause there is max month is failing in the grand total row

 

Try like

 

Jan 2020 measure = SUMX(VALUES(Operation),IF(MONTH(MAX(Operation[Budget 2020 Start Date]))=1,calculate(SUM(Operation[Daily Budget measure])),BLANK()))
