DAX help with Cumulative total for customer response rate per customer

Hi

I am pretty new to PowerBI and DAX, will appreciate all the help I can get. I can't seem to come up with or find the right logic/DAX formular to get to the solution that I am looking for.

The scenario is, I am doing a report with customer response rate and I have written
a measure for this metric as it pertains to all the customers in general. My challenge
is, I want to show on a table the cumulative response rates of each of the individual customers.

The first attempt was just to drag and drop my earlier calculated measure for overall response rate. As you can see, the result was very interesting. Secondly, I employed  the code below and got 1 for all customer entries.

Customer Response Rate =
DIVIDE (
CALCULATE (
DISTINCTCOUNT ( Custfeedback[Customer Name] ),
FILTER ('Measures 1', 'Measures 1'[Response Rate] )
),
DISTINCTCOUNT ( Custfeedback[Customer Name] )
)

Current resultsCurrent results

The calculated measure Response Rate = number of review received( from Custfeedback table)/ number of surveys sent(tickets table) and then taking the percentage of that. The relationship between the two tables is :

What I really want to show is the cumulative individual customer response on the table.

Will very much appreciate all the assistance I can get.

Thanks in advance

Sample text data and expected result for that data always helps. Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

I'm not fully getting what you mean by a cumulative response rate, can you explain it again with a specific example with text data?

I apologise if my previous posting wasn't clear.  Please find in the link a .pbix file containing sample data.

My ideal solution will should look like this

Untitled2.jpg

So, essentially I want to be able to have the individual response rates for each of the customers. For instance, the total response rate for Minigin independent of the other customers.

Hope this helps
