DAX formulas to subtract holidays out of Charges days

Dear ALL,

 I have the issues that, Firstly Import 2 tables: Table 1 & Table 2 (Holidays) into Power BI, 

How can I calculate the correct "Charges days": that subtract the HOLIDAYS if From & To date within Holidays 

Power BI screen

 How to calculate correct Holidays, DO I need any relationship.

@KevinHuynh , refer to page two of this file and check how working days date diff has been calculated.
