DAX formula IF with bigger and smaller value

Dear All,

I am seeking for some support for the following issue:

I want to write the following DAX formula:

IF turnover > 0 and < 25000, you need to return 40, otherwise 0) 

I started with the following solution, but failed:

IF ( [turnover] > 0 AND < 25000 , 40, 0 )

Can someone help me with a correct formula?

@Power_BI_Adapt , Right way to add AND condition by using below two ways.
Method 1 = IF ( [turnover] > 0 && < 25000 , 40, 0 )

MEthod 2 = IF ( AND([turnover] > 0, [turnover]< 25000) , 40, 0 )
