DAX for percentiles on top of a measure

I need to write a percentile function on top of an existing DAX measure and having trouble with this.

I posted this on stackoverflow and then realized this is the right forum:

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/60648104/dax-for-calculating-percentiles

Do you have suggestions here? I think I need to cache the intermediate table to do the percentile, will be great if you can advise what is the right approach.

Thanks, Sanjay

I see, so we create a temporary table using SUMMARIZE for these results and create a percentile metric. But the numbers don't change based on the filter - so do I need to use RELATEDTABLE or Joins? Any example?

All good- created the summarize based temp table and had to do extra joins with main table to join this.
