I have data of HR and i want to calculate the given below:
· High Performing Employees (Performance Ratings of Exceed or Far Exceed)
· Low Performing Employees (Performance Ratings of Partially or Does Not Meet)
· Most Likely to Leave (Based on data of individuals who have left the organization in the past year)
· Most Likely to Stay (Based on data of individuals with 5 or more years with the organization)
· Most Likely to Get Promoted (Based on data of employees who have been promoted within the year)
· Least Likely to Get promoted (Based on data of employees who have not attained a promotion for more than 2 years)
Hi @RahimZulfiqar,
For your scenario, it seems that you have six point, but the logic should be similar.
You may could use RANKX function to the the High Performing Employees or Low Performing Employees.
You also could refer to this blog about how to use Rankx function.
If you still need help, could you please share some data sample and desired output for one requirement then we could help further on it?
Best Regards,
Cherry
