DAX for Counting the Number of Times a Specific Word Appears in a Column

I tried using

NewMeasure = CALCULATE(COUNT(TableName[ColumnName]) , (TableName[ColumnName])="Insert Word Here")

Yet for some reason it doesn't register the table name/column name after the commma. Would appreciate any input.

@Anonymous,

What's the specific error message? You may also modify your measure using DAX below:

NewMeasure =
CALCULATE (
    COUNT ( TableName[ColumnName] ),
    FILTER ( TableName, TableName[ColumnName] = "Insert Word Here" )
)

Have you tried COUNTX ?

It should look something like: NewMeasure = COUNTX(TableName , [ColumnName]="Insert Word Here")
