FROM [Group Count By User];

Converting the above to DAX

Hi @Anonymous ,

First, make sure the SQL table "Group Count By User" has been loaded into Power BI. Then create calculated columns or measures as below to get Status and Status_old by function IF. and drag them onto the table visual.You can check all the details from the following screen shot.

1. Create calculated columns

Status = IF('Group Count By User'[Count002]>=1,"Good","Bad")

Status_old = IF('Group Count By User'[Group Count]>=3,"Good","Bad")

2. Create measures

MStatus = IF(MAX('Group Count By User'[Count002])>=1,"Good","Bad")
MStatus_old = IF(MAX('Group Count By User'[Group Count])>=3,"Good","Bad")

@Anonymous , You just need two columns

Status =If('Group Count By User' [Count002]>=1,"Good","Bad")
Status_old= If('Group Count By User'[Group Count]>=3,"Good","Bad")

Other you can drag on a visual.

Or you can use select columns  -https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/selectcolumns-function-dax

@Anonymous - Yeah, generally easier to post the data and expected output, looks like a SELECTCOLUMNS and an nested IF statement so I would use a SWITCH probably.
