I am facing the issue, that my power bi doesn't seem to detect numbers as values, even if the data type of all columns is a number.
So if I want to compare a column to an value with an comparison operator, than it is not working.
I hope someone can help me with this.
hi, @HDD009
If you could try these two formula to create a calculate column
If-Range = IF(Numbers[Number]<0,"Negative","Positive")
or
If-Range2 = IF(Numbers[Number]<0;"Negative";"Positive")
Best Regards,
Lin
@amitchandak yes it is a column
@v-lili6-msft both are not working, seems like my settings are differeny whyever. It doesn't detect the value.
I have to add "VALUE(0)"
If-Range = IF(Numbers[Number]<VALUE(0),"Negative","Positive")
How can I change that setting????
Hope you are creating new Column, not New Measure.
Also check the table name.
