DAX Statement

Hi, Example of my data set is below, I need to be able to count values ONLY if both Team's names match So if Team A = Team B, value equals to ___ Team A Value Team B Apple 1 Banana Banana 1 Banana Apple 1 Apple Would anyone help me how to do this in DAX? Thank you

Hi , @Anonymous 

You also can creat a conditional column in query editor (Transform data) ,then filter rows->grouped rows ->unpivot this column.

@Anonymous can you post your sample data in a table format, it is very hard to read this as a paragraph. and also share the expected output.

Basically,

If  Team A  =  Team B then  2

If  Team A  !=  Team B then  0

 

Hope this makes more sense, the idea is that when the team names equal to each other the amount is being summed, if they don't equal to each other then zero for that row

Oh boy, there is no way to edit?

@Anonymous add a new column with the following expression and then use this new column in your visuals

 

New Amount =
IF ( Table[TeamA] = Table[TeamB], Table[Amount], 0 )
