DAX - SWITCH TRUE Formula Not Producing Accurate Result

Trying to get a combination of two Dimensions returned where Is Active = Y and have Traffic In <> BLANK().  Used the SWITCH TRUE formula and where Traffic In = 0, I'm not getting the result returned.  I tried switching Traffic In >= 0 and that resloves, but breaks where Traffic In is NULL (or blank).  Any ideas?  Thanks!SWITCHTRUE.PNG

Nevermind - I got it.  For those curious, I changed the AND statement to the bleow (I added NOT(ISBLANK)).

AND(NOT(ISBLANK([Traffic In])) <> BLANK(),[Is Active]= "Y"
