So I have a column called [Audit Item] which contains different values.
If the value = [Patient Name] or [Person To Pay"] then I want the measure to result in 0.0%
If the value is anything else but these two, I want it to divide two columns called [Pass Count] and [Elements Checked])
So I can do the divide no problem, but I can't figure the first condition!

hi, @Anonymous
You could use Format Function to change the format of the result.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/format-function-dax
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/custom-numeric-formats-for-the-format-function
If it is not your case, please share some data sample and expected output. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Hi @Anonymous
You can use standard IF function or SWITCH function to achieve the condition check logic.
Please refer to the below blog post for more information.
